Caring for your boots
Properly cared for, your R.M.Williams boots will last for many years and will actually wear better the older they get. Depending on the style, the crafting of a pair of our signature boots involves 68 hand-held processes that can take up to 4 weeks. The leathers we use are the finest available, so it makes good sense to care for your investment and keep your boots always looking their best.
When you’re not wearing them, your boots can be kept in shape with our hand-crafted cedar boot-trees. These are a must when boots have become saturated with water, because the boot-trees will allow the boots to dry completely without distortion.
For finished leathers R.M.Williams Boot Polish should be used for a perfect shine, while our Saddle Dressing should be applied regularly to all oily leathers and as needed to finished leathers. |
